1. Hotel renamed Sari Pacific and is very tired needs a makeover. Junior suite was two rooms into one and not a real suite. Staff very friendly, breakfast average.

3. The hotel staff were lovely and the Japanese restaurant rates 10 out of 10 from me....especially as my boyfriend proposed after one of the most delicious meals ever!!

4. No complementary tooth brush in the bathroom. Other than that room is pretty nice.

5. We had a room on 23rd floor with a panoramic view on the twin towers. This was a first class hotel with a very friendly staff and good service. Excellent buffet breakfast included in room price. To be recommended as we found it to be of very good value for money although location in the north of the city is not the most suitable for tourists.

6. Guess it is time to change the bed. The bed is very uncomfortable, too soft. My back aches every morning when I wake up. Location pretty inconvenient as it is pretty out from the top shopping malls.

8. I was impressed with the quality of service, Excellent staff and the facilities. I would definitely come back to this hotel. My family and I were delighted with the stay at Pan Pacific.
