1. The location is very strategic for dining & shopping. Taxi is not so difficult to find, the monorail station is easy to get by walking.

3. Staff were friendly and efficient. King-size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well-maintained ... love the shower-room. Even though only on the 6th floor, the view to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers was great. The hotel was recommended to me by "word-of-mouth" and I will recommend it to my friends in the same way.

4. The room was god and service was good and the service was efficient. My only complaint was that I asked about posting postcards and was told that if i handed the post card in at the front desk with RM1 for each card they would be posted. I handed in 3 postcards on 15 November 2005 all addressed to Australia. The cards have not arrived (by 27/12/05). Cards I posted myself 0n 29/11/05 arrived within one week (Postage was 50c). This is disappointing service.

5. Very convienece , next to shopping center, food stands, night life... Design is modern, very different to other hotels but the maintenance is bad , sheet , towels and carpet have dirty spot.

6. This should have been a good hotel - presentable,clean,good location all the facilities available but it didn't work out that way. No hot water on 2 out of 3 days, air conditioning playing up and having to be moved from room to room. The hotel had to search for ages to find our reservation & made us wait overan hour for our room. The staff on the whole were unwilling to help except for Louis Sebastian who was really great!

8. The service staffs at the counter were very friendly and greeted us with their warmest smile when we checked in. However we were kind of disappointed as we did mention in our special request that we are on honeymoon but nothing special is being put up by them.
