2. No in-room safe which is unusual for a hotel these days. No newspaper in the morning although it has been requested on both days of my stay. But request for additional tea bags was delivered promptly.

3. If you are used to staying in places like KL Hilton , Sheraton Imperial, JW Marriott, this is not the right hotel for you. Location is great because its next to the shopping megamall but getting out and into the hotel is a nightmare. It took me 30 minutes to do so everytime!

4. The receptionists were not friendly - no smiles, no greetings when I checked in and out - It's like I shouldn't bother them at all. Stain marks on bed sheets and pillow case - disgusting! I requested if they can help to store a small pack of frozen goods into hotel freezer, guess what they said to me. "Man, we don't have any freezer in the hotel!" Also, their porters are expected to get tips every time they help you with the luggage or else they will stand around the room waiting. However, the location is very good - located within the shopping mall.
