1. The lower rooms were a bit old and musty, but when I complained about the ancient beds, they gladly switched me to an executive room (flrs 30-32) which was very nice. If I had stayed in the original room, my rating would be much lower.

2. This is maybe the best hotel for quality/price ratio. Its well situated in the city, next to MRT and near KLCC. The mall inside the hotel is not very good, but hotel offers good quality services.
