1. shower was dirty - a smokers room was given though I reserved a non-smokers - windows couldn't close - water leiking from ceiling in the bathroom - furniture was ugly durty - carpet was not cleaned. very negative experience.

2. We are very dissapointed with the over all cleanleness of the room and the bed linen and also the bathroom and the towel left a lot to be desired. We have cockroaches in both our room and the bathroom.

3. The Hotel is good value for money. It just needs a face-lift on its exterior which looks aging. Room size and interiors are good.

6. It is most dirty hotel I have ever stayed in term of four stars hotel. The show has so much mole black spot, I asked to change a room, they insisted to clean, I got back on the night and found they could not clean or did not clean. the outlook of the hotel seems old and dirty. It needs a facelift and service upgrade. I am terriably unhappy with the stay and totally disappointed with my first on line booking.

7. Dynasty Hotel is a nice place, but the is a major problem with cock roaches. The staff did as much as they could for me, but the problem did not go away. Because of this, i would not recomand this hotel.
