The size of the rooms range from medium to large. The furnishings & decor come with a blend of green, brown & maroon colors with matching bedspreads & carpets. The very large mirrors in the room give a spacious feel.
Restaurant
The guest has a few outlets to choose from Man Ho for Chinese, Marriott Cafe for its western and Asian dishes, JW California grill for its creative Californian cuisine blended with Asia flavors. There is also the Balai lounge and the Havana club for its Cuban cigars and premier liqueurs.

1. The hotel is in a great location just minutes away on foot from the malls with large rooms and very helpful staff.

2. Good hotel ina great location in the heart of shopping area. The service was also pretty good. Breakfast was good, but not great as compared to other Marriott hotels. Excellant spa facilities.. will stay there again.

It was the best hotel, as it was very central, and walking distance between the different shopping centres, the timesquare, and it had the best customer service especially the butlers and the restaurant. Recommended, its also attached to a shopping centre, and downstairs is a world of different restaurants you can choose from just hidden away from all the rush

The most customer freindly hotel, they are there to help you with all your problems, late check out, plus other requests, there is always a solution to your problems,,something very important, is that they have the best pillows, i tried to purchase it for my daily use but were not available for sale, you can sleep like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

5. Immediately on arrival we were upgraded to a suite - total luxury and a shower big enough for a dozen people! (though we resisted and there were only the two of us!). Only problem concerned some canto-pop singers staying in the hotel when lifts were hi-jacked by their security men to ferry reporters to a press conference and we were left standing for 10 minutes trying to get back to our room, not exactly the hotels fault but the lifts we kinda painfully slow most of the time.

6. Excellent hotel in a great location. Hard to imagine that such a great hotel can be such a good value. For a bit more money, the hotel next door is even more amazing - I compared the facilities. However, I would return to the JW Marriott again without hesitation.

8. My stay at JW Marriott in overall was quite pleasant. The only thing I didn''t like was the construction work next to the restaurant area (at lower ground) generated much disturbance and most importantly dust to people taking lunch around that area.
