2. Its a Five star Hotel the Staff there where very nice When we encounter problems they solve it quickly for us. The restaurants was great as well Especially their food was great and i love the cappacino. Services over all is better then a 6 stars hotel. I love the room the view was beautiful. I was enjoying being served by the staff over there. Theres is always a staff standing at the lobby lift directing us to the exit. And they will just help us carry our lugages and stuffs for us. I Simply love this palace. THANKS VERY MUCH FOR THE SERVICES I HAD ENJOY A GREAT HOLIDAY

3. If they had a 7 star rating for hotels, this Hotel would be at the top of the list. Very polite, helpful & Cheerful employees. Excellent location in the heart of the action. Excellent view to a beautiful nearby park. Shopping mall literally steps outside with a covered walk-way. We didn't want to end the vacation because we didn't want to leave the Hotel. THE BEST Hotel I have ever stayed in with my family. Tip: Make sure this hotel is the last one you go to in your vacation. You will not be able to stay in any hotel after staying at this one.

4. The hotel met our expectations and more. It is in a fantastic location in KL being close to Petronas and Aquaria and next to a great shopping centre at KLCC. We would normally prefer more "contemporary furnishings" however the furnishing are still plush and certainly the staff are excellent. Would stay here again.

5. I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff at this hotel. I have never had staff so attentive in any place before. The facilities allowed me to carry out my business without any problems. The food was very good and the location was central for my purposes.
