5. Fantastic Location, just across the road from Time Square and taxi stand. Around the corner from Shopping Malls. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dont book a triple room unless travelling with a child due to extra bed is very small. Price and location is excellent. I will stay here again.

6. The staff is very helpful and nothing is too much effort. Close to the entertainment hub Bukit Bintang, and shopping complexes. The monorail directly opposite is a real advantage.

8. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to some resonable shopping in the Bukit Bintang area, loads of seafood dining in jalan alor, and just across the road from times square. Have stayed at the hotel a few times now. Find the staff friendly and courteous. Rooms are good size and very clean. The PC is a great bonus too. Last trip had a problem with the mouse and this was fixed immediately. The hotel is and will remain my 1st choice while the service remains of the high standard I''ve experienced.
