2. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite, going out of their way to assist with anything. While the hotel is beginning to show signs of it's age compared to some of the glitzy hotels in the vicinity it is still very clean and comfortable, with a great restraunt attached.

3. The hotel is very nice for a family; it is good value for a good property. It has good sized pool for family, doctor available, exercise facilities and convenience store, with a playroom for the kids. Breakfast is excellent and complementary cocktail and snacks are perfect. The only downside is difficult to get taxi and the hotel is quite a walk from the main street or mall.

4. The hotel was very reasonably priced, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The apartment concept gives greater relaxation and privacy, especially on a long holiday. The restaurants in the hotel were convenient and the service was excellent. Swimming pool area was relaxing and an oasis. Will be my number one choice in Kuala Lumpur.

5. New lift security feature is not convenient when 2 or more people staying since only one passkey is allocated. More frequent shuttle service to and from Suria KLCC required.

6. Kitchen cooking smells can often seep into the air conditioning system in the evening. This is particularly so when the suite is near or above the kitchen. No wireless internet facility. Internet access should be free for a short period to facilitate email collection. Otherwise a great place to stay. I particularly like the "Tapas" bar and the morning breakfast buffet. I would return and recommend to a friend.

7. Quick check in and check out. The hotel took a large cash deposit since I was wary of using a credit card guarantee in Malaysia. Well located-only 10 mins to the Ampang Park LRT Station on the Putra Line; 20 mins to the KLCC. Good room, kitchenette. Well stocked with utensils, fridge, food warmer. Very clean. Quick room service but they charge you RM5 for every room delivery. Nice pool. Their free cocktails and snacks every evening for house guests is an excellent concept. Avoid the travel desk for booking taxis/transfers/tours since it grossly overcharges. Most staff members need to smile more often.

8. 2 BR suite was great for family use. Rooms clean and reasonably sized and equiped with all facilities. A problem with the a/c was quickly checked and a new suite provided. Service was great and the staff pleasant and efficient. A bit away from the centre of things but only a 10 min walk to the LRT or a cheap cab ride if traffic not too heavy. Would definitely stay here again.
