Captain Light first established Fort Cornwallis on the island of Penang, and the city of Georgetown was laid out around it. Take a trishaw from Fort Cornwallis, where Captain Francis Light first landed, have a leisurely ride through the colorful Little India and bustling Chinatown.
Admire the intricate carvings and woodwork of Khoo Kongsi before proceeding to the Peranakan Museum which houses many priceless antique collections of the Straits Settlement era.
